In addition to the costum cars or motorcycle event session, there are also other interesting things as entertainment such as Live Bands concerts, Paint contests and other fun things. This event will surely give you a new automotive experience if you are not automative enthusiats and I think this is worth a visit if you are currently on vacation in Japan.
